Well Versed (“Platform”, “Service”) is owned and operated by Anicca Wellness, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using Well Versed , you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What Well Versed Is
Well Versed is a software product that provides AI-powered role-play tools for improving communication skills.
It is a digital product delivered through the Well Versed app and its supporting services.
We do not provide therapy or professional counselling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining confidentiality of your login.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Well Versed may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or annual plans) and one-time purchases to unlock features, tools, or credits.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at the time of purchase until you cancel. When you cancel, renewals stop and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices may change; updated pricing will always be displayed before purchase, and changes to a renewal price are communicated in accordance with the rules of the platform or processor you purchased through.
Purchases on the web are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment details.
Purchases made inside our iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms. Those subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and any refunds for such purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Digital Product Delivery
Once a purchase is completed, access to the purchased features or subscription is delivered digitally through your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including:
- reverse engineering
- automated scraping
- hosting harmful content
- attempting to bypass payment systems
We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, and features belong to Anicca Wellness or licensed partners. You may not copy or resell our software or content.
8. Cancellation & Termination
You can cancel a subscription at any time. For web purchases, cancel from your account or by contacting us at the address below. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store subscription settings — deleting your account or the app does not by itself cancel a store-billed subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or improvements.
Well Versed is not a substitute for professional services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for access in the preceding 6 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
